If you are having a party, whether it is a BBQ, or any other type of party, you really need to think of something a bit special. You could do this by either thinking of a theme for your party, say carnival, and get your guests to dress up in some really great carnival costumes, or simply by thinking of a really great, eye catching centre piece.

Spices can also be used to make the food more interesting in both looks and flavour, don’t be afraid to experiment, though perhaps a trial run may be a good idea if you are trying something new.
